INVITATION

Oikos Institute - Research Center from Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina and coorganizers (Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina) are organizing the twelfth (XII) International Scientific Conference of Special Importance, which will be held on 31 May, 2024, in Belgrade.

"New Paradigms in the Economy: Connectivity, Innovation and Sustainability".

The main contents / sectoral topics within the main cognitive direction could be found by the authors in the following indents:
- Digital Economy: Challenges and Opportunities in a Global Perspective,
- Transformation of the Global Economy: The Role of the Digital Paradigm,
- The Future of New Economies: Digitalization and Innovation,
- Innovations in the Digital Economy and Their Impact on World Trade,
- Economy 4.0: Renewed Business Models and Global Competition. - Digital Revolution and Its Socio-Economic Dialectical Society. - New Horizons in the Economy: Digital Transformation and Global Effects. - The Growing Digital Economy: Opportunities and Challenges for Global Prosperity. - Global Economy in the Age of Digitalization: Challenges, Trends and Perspectives. - Problems of Rational Use of Socio-Economic, Ecological and Energy Potential of States, Regions and Industries.

Explanation

This year's theme was designed in cooperation with our scientific committee and their permanent collaborators. The topic is current, socially justified, directed towards a wider selection of content related to the basic topic and, we believe, relevant enough for today's (still inflationary) circumstances. The global economy is going through many trials, including those related to the challenges of energy, social and inflationary crises. We still don't have an answer, what is the depth of this crisis and how far does it reach? That is why you need to know how to manage the challenges and risks faced by the global economy. That's why we focused on innovative changes that should answer these questions. The proposed contents do not oblige any of you to strictly adhere to the proposed indents, but aim to provoke as many different aspects and methods of analysis as possible, all with the aim of sustaining the global or national economy.
